Market Leader

Aurora is moving into brand-new 500sqm (5,400 sq ft) headquarters—an upgrade that powers

our next chapter of innovation. With dedicated space for prototyping, R&D, and manufacturing,

the new facility brings all our advanced equipment and expanding team under one roof.

Bigger, stronger, and ready to push boundaries like never before. The HQV 701 Lite kit is complete

in collaboration with Dosmoto. The first rally kit for 701 to use molded ABS panels. In the coming

years this kit will dominate the rally arena. Anastasiya Nifontova completes Dakar in the Malle Moto

class and becomes the first woman in the world to complete the event in that class!

First participation in EICMA 2019. Aurora becomes the only rally kit manufacturer that exhibits products

and technologies in the Milan show.

2020

Adaptation

Aurora’s R&D takes a leap forward with the addition of ±200g accelerometers, feeding data into MATLAB

to analyze vibration, frequency, and peak acceleration. Combined with CAD simulations, we can predict

fatigue life, run virtual back-to-back races, and design parts that are lighter, safer, and more reliable.

Our Magnetic Roadbook Mk2 proved itself with Alessandro Botturi’s Africa Eco Race victory—now lighter,

stronger, and built with full ceramic ball bearings. Expansion continues with the FARO Quantum Arm,

digitizing bikes with micron precision for perfect-fit parts. Soon after, the 790 Rally Kit is unveiled to the

world—instantly becoming a global success.

2021

Product Expansion

Aurora is expanding into the Adventure world, bringing our rally kit expertise to the KTM, HQV, and GasGas

enduro range. The new Enduro Rally Kit debuts with the market’s only frame clamp featuring internal

spacers to protect the frame—backed by our lifetime guarantee. Alongside it comes the new full CNC

Enduro Tower. Inspired by the pioneering T700 tower, this three-piece design is ultralight, incredibly

strong, and built to perform in every condition. We’re also proud to support Nicola Dutto—the paraplegic

rider breaking boundaries—on his journey to finish the Africa Eco Race. His determination inspires us to

keep pushing limits, both in racing and in engineering.

2022

The lightest tower in the world.

The Superlight kit is real! The full CNC tower now weights 848 grams reaching closer to the limit using

acceleration data that we have since 2017, this tower is the strongest and lighter unit ever produced.

The tower can be tuned depending on its application (racing, commuting, traveling) and the center of

gravity is further tuned. This is the first tower to have a full 3D resin printed cable cover.

Its center of gravity is so close to the frame of the bike that the tower is barely noticeable. The patent

pending Screen Safety System (S3) is now setting Aurora apart from the competition. A unique shield

made from Puig combined with the S3 will allow the screen to move out of the way if hit by the rider.

This way safety is increased and ergonomics are perfected as the rider can choose the screen position.

A new peel3D scanner is acquired. The new device will complement our FARO arm allowing us to create

a digital library of bikes, speeding up the design and manufacturing process!

2023

GOING RACING

We expanded our R&D with two Peel 3 scanners, streamlining reverse engineering and elevating the fitment

of every part we make. These state-of-the-art units fully digitize bikes quickly and precisely, pushing our design

process further than ever—To infinity and beyond! The Ducati DesertX has become the star of the bivouac,

with its Dakar-inspired looks making it an instant hit. Aurora set out to create the ultimate version: a carbon fiber

tank with DNA’s through air filter, a monoblock navigation tower, and a redesigned air intake. At Hellas Rally

2023, Stefanos Theoharis rode the DesertX and pushed the machine through brutal conditions, proving its potential

before a crash on day 5 ended his ride.

Participating in EICMA for the second time in our history with our own booth was a gamechanger! We feel immensely

proud to one of the two Greek companies in attendance at the show and very grateful to have met many of you in person.

Not only we were able to showcase our unique bikes but we were also able to make important connections

that will take effect during 2024.

2024

10 years already!

2024: A Year of Firsts

Aurora kicked off the year with the world’s first Norden 901 Rally, built with Husqvarna Greece.

Using Virtual Reality design, and working with C-Racer and Faretra Designs, we gave the 901 a

fresh look while honoring Husqvarna’s heritage. At the same time, we partnered with Suzuki Greece

to transform the V-Strom 800 DE into a true rally machine—again designed in VR to ensure precision

and innovation. Aurora made history as the first Greek company to showcase four unique bikes in

its own booth—each built to inspire a different kind of rider. The lineup featured the world’s first 901

Norden Rally with full carbon fiber fairings, the Suzuki V-Strom 800, Ducati DesertX, and the new

790/890 Rally Kit (2023–).
